Year 6 have enjoyed a fabulous trip to Whitby this week. We explored the ancient abbey, walked down the 199 steps towards the town, took a spectacular boat trip along the coastline, visited the Dracula Experience, played on the beautiful beach and even had time for souvenir shopping and ice creams! Year 6 will be writing persuasive pieces based upon our trip and next week they will be starting their tales of fear – I’m sure they will be a spooky read!
