Inspired by our trip to Whitby, Year 6 have finished their persuasive writing this week, thinking about the features of persuasion. Year 6 have now started to look at suspense writing, inspired by a video called Alma about a girl who becomes trapped in a doll. Year 6 have also begun ukelele lessons every Friday, remembering the skills we learnt with Mr Biggin – we will be showing what we have learnt in our end of Year 6 performance! Next week, we are looking forward to starting to build our lighthouses, which will hold a circuit following our electricity unit in Science.
