Pupils in Year 3 are learning to compare and order 3-digit numbers. They have been using base ten and arrow cards to help them understand how 3-digit numbers can be partitioned. Hansel and Gretel artwork by the artist Jacky Rough has inspired pupils to create texture by using shading, pattern and shape. Pupils have been planning, writing and editing their tale of fear stories, set in our school woodland, which will be published next week.
