This week Y2 pupils have been working hard in Phonics to develop fluency and expression whilst reading. Did you know that reading promotes progress in all other subjects too? Year 2 pupils also had their first internet safety lesson and learned that people online can create Avatars that are not always what they look like in real life. Children also performed an exciting experiment testing materials for their explorer ship hull. Next week Y2 children will choose their best material for their sails to complete their explorer ship!
