Year 4 welcomed an author and illustrator, the fantastic Emily Parkin, into school this week. They learnt about how the artist had chosen the medium to use to create such eye-catching images telling the story of Saltaire. Year 4, along with the whole school, also enjoyed an assembly about Bonfire Night and fire and firework safety. Year 4 are very much looking forward to swimming lessons next half term, please ensure that every pupil has a kit ready for the first day back, we know that being able to swim is so important for safety.
