Year 2 pupils have finished this half term very strong. They worked tirelessly on their Phonics reading and fluency. The children were also very focused on their handwriting skills. They know it is crucial to understand what they are writing in their English books to make the error spotting easier. Finally, they really enjoyed sketching the parts of their face in preparation of their pirate portrait. After the holidays they are really looking forward to learning all about the Great Fire of London and becoming bakers!
