Your children in Year 1 have worked hard on their phonics, which many of you saw during your visits as part of the GLEE event, and are making progress. Therefore many will be bringing a new colour reading book home after the holidays for you to enjoy together. During maths lessons we have been enjoying very practical learning about shapes, patterns and directions, including giving each other instructions to navigate along path ways made from our PE ladders!
