Year 2 pupils have made a great start to this half term by showing strong re-commitment to our Heaton values and Heaton routines. They have enjoyed the start of the Great Fire of London topic by becoming bakers and baking tasty bread! The children finished the week by learning about the festival of Diwali and producing artwork to represent diyas. Next week they will be learning about the devastating damage caused by The Great Fire of London.
