This week Year 3 pupils were excited to be accompanied by their parents in class. Parents attended a reading GLEE and learned how accelerated reader can be used to improve reading ages, fluency and comprehension. In topic this week pupils have explored cliffs and counties, thinking carefully about the question – from which cliff in the UK, do you think Iron Man may have tumbled? Next week they are looking forward to locating countries on a world map using an atlas.
