Year 6 have been writing amazing meeting tales using two characters who meet in the trenches during WW1. Teachers have used drama techniques to support pupils with their writing. Poplar class also enjoyed a day in the trenches in our woodland, Palm and Pine classes will enjoy this next week. In maths Year 6 have been learning about algebra, representing an amount with a shape or a letter, they have really enjoyed the challenge! Year 6 are looking forward to re-enacting the Christmas Day Truce and using imovie to create short videos.
