Year 1s have enjoyed starting to look at writing a biography about a character, called Jane, from a story book about human growth. In Maths we have continued to use cubes and 10s frames to help with addition and subtraction within 20 using the ‘make 10 strategy’. On top of this Y1 pupils have been putting into practice some of the drama skills they have been using across the term in our Performance of Light rehearsals. Next week every pupil will be on the stage under the bright lights!
