This week in Reception children have started a new element as part of their morning routine. Children arrive at school and enter classrooms at 08:25. After putting away their belongings they access their group and complete their morning task until 8:35. Each morning the children practise different skills such as: fine motor, pencil control, letter formation, making amounts, recognising, and reading phonics sounds and so much more. It is important that children arrive at school on time so that no valuable learning time is lost – great learners from the start 🙂
