Egytian farmers on their way

Year 3 have been amazing. They have written their own invention stories using a character flaw toolkit and have included speech in their work. They are working hard to present their work neatly using cursive writing. In maths, Year 3 have found non unit fractions of amounts. Many have begun to use their knowledge of division facts to help them. In Art, pupils made a tile from their drawn designs to be used for relief printing next week. Pupils are also excited about our Shaduf day next week where we will be acting in the role of an Egyptian farmer building our own shaduf for irrigation.
