This week Year 4 have really enjoyed completing their final pieces of art for our animal topic. They carefully selected the colours of the oil pastels they needed for their squirrel and then blended them to create very realistic looking animals. Larch class really enjoyed their visit to Belle Vue Girls School where they made ice cream in a STEM workshop! After the holidays, the children are looking forward to starting their new topic ‘Contrasting Localities’ – see our family fact sheet for all the key learning we will be doing.
