Year 5 have thorough enjoyed the start to their new topic based upon the first novel in the Harry Potter series. Pupils have begun to learn about Voices with Impact, starting with Marcus Rashford and his work campaigning about free school meals in schools. Year 5 are looking forward to learning about Wangari Maathai and her work around environmental conservation. Pupils are also excited about continuing to read the first Harry Potter novel in class.
