Learners in Year 1 have enjoyed starting their Woodlands topic. They have visited our school woodland and are starting to write sentences about the woods, taking care to present their work neatly. All children have also been showing their new teachers how good they are at phonics and excitedly look forward to reading their phonics book bag book to an adult at home every night.
