Y1 classrooms have been a been a hive of hard work this week as pupils have been using ‘Fred Talk’ to write sentences based on the wonderful Gruffalo story. In Maths they have been combined (added) two sets of objects using pictures. In the Rainbow room, after re-enacting the Gruffalo story, they made him a delicious lunch! Next week we look forward to going into the woodland on Tuesday to further inspire our writing and to adopt a tree.
