A wonderful week in Year 2 involved pupils role playing as sailors on board the ship of Sir Francis Drake, after which they excitedly plotted their journey back home. This week they met the explorer Sarah Outen over Zoom. They all listened attentively and asked some great questions. Next week they will be learning about a different explorer. We can’t wait for them to research about him!
