This week Y2 have researched the last explorer on their timeline and found out how Matthew Henson became the first person to reach the North Pole. They have enjoyed working together cooperatively in P.E to demonstrate invasion and attacking skills in ball games. During Happy Mind lessons the pupils have learnt some breathing techniques to balance their Team H-A-P. Next week they will take part in a science investigation to explore which material would be most suitable for a strong ship.
