Year 6 have enjoyed completing their Christmas Day Truce scenes in art, focusing on sketching in proportion and using water colour paints; their final pieces will be coming home next week and I’m certain families will treasure them! Pine and Palm classes have enjoyed their World War 1 forest sessions this week, digging in the trenches and making soup. Year 6 are looking forward to completing their i-movies showing their fabulous drama re-enactment in the woodland. Year 6 are looking forward to watching the KS1 winter performance and completing their art pieces linked to festivals of light next week.
