We would like to welcome all our children back to 3 Year nursery, and a special Heaton welcome to all our new children who have started this week. We had a very cold start to the half term, and it has been lovely to see children returning eager to learn and explore the environment. This half term 3 Year Nursery will focus on Traditional Tales, and in particular ‘The Three Billy Goat’s Gruff’. This week’s learning has involved bringing the story to life, becoming familiar with the characters and setting. In creative we have focused on joining two different media together using glue and masking tape. We look forward to next week when we will be learning new actions and Makaton signs to help retell the story.
