The Year 2 children started this special week by listening to an inspirational guest who launched our Aspiration Week. They had an opportunity to visualise their futures and discuss what they wanted in life and what milestones they needed to achieve to get there. The children were also practising their oracy skills in Maths when explaining multiplication and division processes to their partners. The pupils were introduced to more complicated grammar this week learning more about how to write a list with commas when describing their monsters in English. Next week we are looking forward to the Science lessons learning about human needs and what we can do to keep ourselves healthy.
