Year 5 have started their Space Exploration topic; pupils are learning about the history of space exploration in their topic lessons. Pupils have started to read their new class novel, The Jamie Drake Equation, they are excited to learn what will happen to the main character. To complete their previous topic, Year 5 are visiting Cartwright Hall this week and next week to take part in an Early Islamic Civilization workshop. Next week Year 5 are looking forward to World Book Day where they will enjoy sharing books with younger pupils in Year 2.
