Year 6 have enjoyed painting their clay medallions this week in metallic paint and continuing to sketch mythical Greek creatures and figures. Year 6 are learning about the Trojan Horse narrative, set in Troy. Year 6 will be choosing their own character to write a version of the story. Drama has been used this week to help pupils fully understand the events and immerse pupils in challenging vocabulary. Next week, Year 6 will be using design technology techniques to create Book Art posters showcasing their Ancient Greek work.
