This week, Year 2 children have been working very hard on their special place stories as they added detail to their rescue stories of Bradford. They used their knowledge of Bradford City landmarks to write exciting pieces whilst using conjunctions ‘that’ and ‘or’. In Art, they put their skills to practice when drawing mosque features and adding detail. Cedar and Cherry classes have visited our local library and the children left with their brand-new library cards set for a lifetime of exciting reading. Chestnut class is very excited to go in a couple of weeks. Next week we are looking forward to finishing our mosque drawings to show off our final work
